Privacy

Written to the Australian Privacy Principles. A starting position that should be reviewed by a lawyer before the site goes live.

What we collect

Your name, email address, phone number and the details of your booking. If you pay online, the payment is handled by Stripe and we never see or store your card number.

Your photographs

The photographs from your session are stored in Australia and are only ever shared with you, through a private link. They are never published anywhere — including our own portfolio — without a separate written consent that you give specifically for that.

How long we keep things

Your delivery gallery stays open for twelve months. Booking and invoice records are kept for seven years, which is what Australian tax law requires.

Marketing

We only send marketing email if you asked for it, and every one has an unsubscribe link that works immediately. Booking confirmations and reminders are not marketing and are sent regardless.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to us on the contact page and we will answer within a reasonable time.
